Siemens licensed shop model for Brazil to turn into a benchmark for other countries
The licensed shop model implemented in Brazil by Siemens Audiology is becoming a benchmark for other places. According to the subsidiary, the concept has already been adapted in some countries in Asia. "We are starting to talk to our partners in Latin America to adopt these  ideas", also says Nicolai Fischer, Brazilian subsidiary’s manager and sales vice president for South America. Siemens Hearing Instruments counts in Brazil 35 shops in 12 states. The last one was opened in the city of São Paulo in September. "The concept has been created to address Brazilian market needs and embrace items like geographic area exclusivity, competitive margin, marketing support, events participation, services excellence, employees training (…)", explains Luciana Bettega, Siemens marketing manager.
