New development in the Sonova-GN ReSound case: a ruling should be given by the German Federal Supreme Court on April 20, 2010 concerning the appeal filed on May 11, 2009 by GN Store North against the ban of the sale of GN Resound to Sonova. The date was announced December 15 during a hearing in Karlsruhe. On November 2008 it was confirmed that the German anti-cartel authorities gave the final veto of the sale of GN ReSound to the Sonova group.
